Welcome to the Star Wars Fantasy Role Play!
This Role Play is centered around the beginning of the Star Wars Episode II time frame and continuing onward. We won't be directly following any movie/book storylines; this leaves room for the individual writer to explore their characters by putting him or her into different situations. So, don't worry, if you become a Jedi, your life may be in danger ;-) but your character won't be killed, unless you want him or her to die honorably!
Since this is an AU RPG, and although the Separatist army is currently a threat to the Republic, there will not be an all out war with the Seps. and there will also be no clone army created.
There will, however, still be a major shake-up of the Jedi Order, but the way that will be accomplished is entirely different than what occurred in the canon. Two factions, the Jedi and the Sith, will eventually come up in opposition against each other in a battle which may or may not lead to a Jedi Civil War; the story itself, as it progresses, will decide which course we take as we attempt to have a basic outline, but also leave room for spontaneity.
You may claim an untaken canon character, or invent one of your own. The various characters may interact with each other or they may involve themselves in storylines of their own. You can find a list of characters taken by following the character's link below. Also, after you are a member of the group, you can click on the 'Files' link on the Yahoo board to see which characters are taken, as well as read, in chapter form, the storyline we've developed so far.
